Magic Eraser...for your face

So, time for a confession. I wasn't blessed with amazing skin. There you have it. I said it.

My skin has the temperament of a 2 year old child. It's fussy, moody, and if it doesn't get it's way it pitches a fit and makes sure everyone around knows about it. It spots, blotches, turn 3 shades of red and breaks out just to remind me who's in charge.

Exercise Inspiration...CHEAP!!!!

I've been having some difficulty lately with my motivation to exercise. Yeah, I know, big surprise.

I went though the normal rationalization process and tried to convince myself of the health benefits, the feeling of well being and the bonus of smaller clothes. Nothing rang my bell, made my heart speed up and jump on to the treadmill.

So I decided to do what I normally do when searching for inspiration...I went shopping! Ok, think about it. It's genius. What would make me want to work out more than a new outfit to do it in! Hey trust me, I've been doing this a LONG time. I've found a lot of inspiration and strength in the racks at Macy's!

I decided to check out my local Marshall's. Yeah, not a lot of people are going to see me in this stuff so I'm not going to pay a fortune. I admit, I've only shopping at Marshall's for 3 years but I am a fan. You all know it is hit or miss there but when you hit...it's so worth it.

I hit! I headed over to the clearance section and struck work out wear gold!

So the top from alosport which has coolfit, antimicrobial (yuck!) and stretchFlex was $3.00! The shorts from eco yoga which offers sustainable organic clothing was $3.00! OMG I got a new workout outfit for $6.00! That's almost a coffee for me. How could I not be inspired to workout? I got a new outfit at an amazing price. Check out your local Marshall's, they may not have the same exact pieces but you too can get workout wear at a deall that will make you jump for joy and wait...that will count as exercise! In my shower

Ok, so last post I shared what is always in my purse, now let's talk about what is always in my shower.

Now I, like most of you, enjoy the mulitude of the shower gel and wash products available. It seems like you can't watch a television program without being peppered with ads for the newest, latest, greatest products. These products seem to be everywhere.They fill magazines. They are highlighted in stores. Samples arrive at your door with coupon filled mailers.

I admit. I feel off the wagon several times. How could I resist. Variety is the spice of life right? I've tried several of these products and I've even liked many of them. But none of these products can take the place of my favorite shower gel...Philosophy's Falling in Love.

This is more than your average shower gel. It's a shower gel, shampoo and bubble bath. The scent is soft, slightly sweet and relaxing. It truly is mood-altering. Come home from a stressful day, imerse yourself in a warm bubble bath with Falling in Love and the troubles of the day fade and a feeling of calm and comfort envelopes you. This is always in my shower and has been a staple around the tree for me every Christmas.

My Go-To Gloss

Ok, here is my first product post.

 Oh what to pick, what to pick. Maybe my favorite handbag or my new shoes? No, for this post I want something that I can't make it through the day without. Something that actually makes me begin to sweat when I fear I am going to run out and not be able to get quickly. That product that I reach for everytime my hand enters the inside of my purse.

My go-to gloss! I can not live without C.O. Bigelow Mentha Lip Tint in Violet Mint!

This lip gloss is life-changing! Yes, I said life-changing. As you will come to realize, I have a flair for the dramatic.

I'm not talking about sticky, stinky gloss that ends up on your teeth and the roof of your mouth (yeah it's gross but you know exactly what I'm talking about) 10 seconds after the application. No, this is smooth as silk, shines like glass and freshens your breath. What could be better? I am addicted to the color Violet Mint but it comes in several other colors. All of the colors are so sheer and light so don't be intimidated buy the pigment in the tube, test the colors in the store to find your favorite.

The gloss has 100% natural mint flavor because it is infused with peppermint oil. The website says it is "made with honest, genuine and trustworthy ingredients." When I read that I thought of The Waltons making this gloss and selling it at the General Store. Cute right? How could you not buy this?

I purchase this at Bath and Body Works for $7.50. Amazing price! This is a seriously cheap and a must have. Go get yours and ...be bella!
